Green Anesthesia Group ("Green Anesthesia," "we," "us") operates this website to connect CRNAs and anesthesia professionals with practice opportunities, and to connect surgery centers and healthcare facilities with anesthesia coverage.

Information We Collect

We collect information you submit directly through the forms on this website:

• Provider interest forms (homepage, Northern California page, Burlington Iowa page): first name, last name, phone number, provider type (CRNA or Anesthesiologist), and location interest. The homepage form also includes an optional email address.
• Facility coverage request form (homepage): first name, last name, facility/organization name, phone number, email address, and coverage need.

We also automatically capture technical information tied to your form submission: the page you submitted from, the date and time, and any UTM/campaign parameters or referring page present in your browser at the time (used to understand which marketing source led to your inquiry).

Our forms include a hidden field used to help detect automated spam submissions. This field is not intended to capture information from real visitors.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand aggregate website traffic (such as which pages are visited and general performance). This service does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, an advertising and analytics tool that helps us understand website activity and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Information submitted through this website's forms is sent directly to Green Anesthesia's customer relationship management (CRM) system, provided by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, which Green Anesthesia uses to manage follow-up communication with providers and facilities. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any other third party except as necessary to respond to your inquiry or as required by law.
